Our Born Bizzy mats and markers are manufactured in China at a carefully selected manufacturer. Our products are proudly designed and assembled in Australia and the United Kingdom.

Our drawing mats are made from 100% food-grade silicone and are free from harmful chemicals such as BPA, BPS, PVC, phthalates and lead. We wouldn’t have it any other way.

We recommend cleaning your mat as soon as you're finished using it. To avoid stubborn stains ensure you clean it within 1-2 days. If you’re finding darker colours hard to shift, warm soapy water should do the trick. You can also pop your mat into the dishwasher on the top rack for a good clean.

Our Born Bizzy markers are erasable whiteboard markers designed for use with our silicone drawing mats only. They will also wipe off hard surfaces, however we can’t guarantee they won’t stain porous surfaces like little ones clothing or fabrics.

You can join our return-to-recycle programme in partnership with Terracycle where any of your Born Bizzy products can be returned to use for a second lease on life. Please see our How To Recycle page for the full run down.

All Born Bizzy products are free from harmful chemicals such as BPA, BPS, PVC, phthalates and lead making them safe for little people. Our manufacturers’ certifications meet or exceed safety requirements in Australia and Europe and our products have been independently tested. Due to small parts, we recommend close parental supervision and use by children aged 3+ years. We don’t recommend the use of our products for real littlies (under 3) due to small parts which may be a choking hazard.

The Born Bizzy Marker range are non-toxic and contain no known toxic substances in sufficient quantities to be harmful to the human body.

Our product range is purposefully designed to be compact and convenient, providing mess-free portable fun for little ones when you’re out and about. This means providing you with everything you need when you’re on the move and nothing you don’t.

We’ve carefully considered every aspect of our product and packaging to ensure all materials used are recyclable or compostable. Our signature canvas carry bag is made from 100% cotton and is durable, washable and reusable.

We’re proud to work with Australian designers and we love that our mat designs are super playful with unexpected moments of delight for little ones, while fostering creativity through colouring and learning.

We currently ship within Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom only. Shipping to Europe and Asia will be available in mid 2024.

We usually process all orders within one business day so please email us immediately at hello@bornbizzy.com.au requesting a cancellation. If your order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. If your order hasn’t been packed, we will happily issue a store credit, minus any transaction fees.

In the unlikely event you receive a mat with a print defect, please send us a photo of your faulty product and proof of purchase to hello@bornbizzy.com.au within 30 days of your purchase and we will send you a replacement or a refund.
